Comment jouer

Sort It strips the sorting puzzle genre down to its essentials: clean visuals, tight level design, and pure logical deduction. There are no gimmicks or timers—just you, a handful of containers, and items that need ordering. The minimalism is the point.

How to play:

  • Move items between containers by tapping source and destination.
  • Items can only be placed on matching items or into empty spots.
  • Levels are self-contained—each one is a fresh puzzle with no carry-over items.
  • Solve by placing every item into its correct group.

Design philosophy:

  • No filler levels: Every puzzle is hand-crafted to teach a specific sorting concept.
  • Increasing complexity: As you progress, containers shrink in capacity and item types multiply.
  • Instant feedback: Moves happen instantly with no animation delays—built for speed solvers.

Advanced strategies:

  • Count your empty buffer slots before starting a long move chain—running out mid-sequence can trap you.
  • Identify the bottleneck item early: the one that has only one valid destination is your anchor point.
  • Work inward from the edges of each container group—items at the bottom need a clear path upward.
  • If a level has multiple valid starting moves, scan ahead three steps for each before committing.
  • Speed runners should memorize common patterns: many levels share underlying move structures.
